Enquiries (contact form and car enquiry forms)

When you send us an enquiry we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you type in the form, along with the vehicle it relates to. We use these only to reply to you and arrange viewings or answer your questions. Enquiries are sent straight to our email inbox — they are not stored in a database on this website. We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for our correspondence with you, then delete them.

Reviews

If you leave a review we collect your name, the car the review is about, your star rating and the review text. We also ask for your email address for one purpose only: to send you a one-time verification link so we know the review came from you. Your email address is never shown on the website. Only reviews you verify and that we approve are published.

Our legal basis for using your details is our legitimate interest in running a car dealership: answering enquiries from potential customers and publishing genuine, verified customer reviews.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to. Enquiry and review emails are delivered by our email provider, who processes them on our behalf purely to deliver the message. We may share your details with the police or other authorities where the law requires it.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking. Nothing is placed on your device to follow you around the internet. Your browser may store small technical settings needed for the site to work, but we use them only to keep the site functioning.

Review records are kept while the review is published on the site; rejected or unverified reviews are deleted. Enquiry emails are kept only while they remain useful for our correspondence with you. You can ask us to delete anything sooner — see "Your rights" below.

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal details we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your details ("be forgotten")
• stop or restrict how we use them
